Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your framing selection perfectly complements your cherished memories.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our specialized products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Ornaments & Tree Toppers (due to seasonal nature and delicate construction)
- Custom Collage Picture Frames (personalized to your specific requirements)
- Document Frames with custom sizing or special finishes
- Opened or used Bulbs & Accessories
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
Prefer a different frame? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item promptly. If the exchange item costs more than the original, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
